It plays a pivotal role in advocacy, communication, and the promotion of diversity, enhancing the quality of graduate programs. This role involves greeting and assisting visitors, addressing inquiries through various communication channels, and performing clerical tasks to support the Graduate School’s operations. Candidates should be available during the Spring and Fall semesters, with a preference for those who can also work in the summer. The position offers 4-10 hours per week, tailored to fit the student’s class schedule. |

Schedule: |
Minimum 4-5 hours a week during fall and spring semesters, based around the employee's class schedule. For Fall 2025, preference will be given to applicants with availability during the following hours: Mondays 10:00-1:30pm, Tuesdays 10:00-12:00pm, and Thursdays10:00-12:30pm. |

Qualifications: |
Candidates should have strong customer service and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; and strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing. Must be able to work independently and be willing to ask questions as needed. Availability during summer term is a plus. |
