Student Peer Mentor, Global Engagement Office in Partially Remote
The Student Peer Mentor (SPM) works for the Global Engagement office in the School of Education to support incoming international students (graduate and undergraduate) and visiting international scholars as they experience the transition to Madison, Wisconsin, and study in the United States. SPMs will work closely with incoming students pre-arrival and in their first weeks on campus by providing one-on-one guidance. SPMs are resourceful student leaders who enhance their peers’ and colleagues’ first month in the School of Education (SoE) by connecting this group of international students with resources and to the campus community culture.
