This position will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hourly and work study positions for operation of the unit, and may train other student workers in the Access Services Department to provide backup support. This position will require a great deal of flexibility, project management, and creativity to ensure continuity of workflow in providing staff and patrons the necessary materials they require.
