- Lead the product vision, development, and lifecycle, ensuring market relevance and alignment with company objectives
- 8+ years in product leadership, strategic partnerships, or a related Senior Manager role
Proven experience in establishing and managing high-impact partnerships - Product or portfolio management experience in payment options such as credit cards, consumer lending and/or loyalty programs.
- Strong track record of shaping product strategy and driving business outcomes, with expertise in scaling financial services products and partnerships
- Deep understanding of technical requirements to successfully execute product and partnership initiatives
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior industry stakeholders
- Expertise in analysing market data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions
- Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners to achieve success
