About the Opportunity

The role of HR Admin Intern is supporting our people with different related people and administrational tasks in a professional and timely manner. You thrive in an environment where your organizational ability, confidentiality and interpersonal skills are key to success.

You will be responsible for:  

• Ensuring office & facility are under good condition & well utilized.
• To liaise with other departments regarding matters arising like; Security, building services, parking, time sheet keeping etc,...
• Order stationaries for Office.
• Support with payment process of Offices’ monthly Admin expenses.
• Joining with the Team to organize Company events: Summer trip, The Year End Party, and other internal Staffs engagement activities.
• Support in recruitment process (job posting, send invitation, scheduling interviews, book meeting room,…)
• Support with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Peopleworks Leader.

About You

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Good English language skills;
• Detailed oriented and careful;
• Good communication skills,
• Good organizational skills;
• Able to self-learning & willing to hand-on HR-GA related tasks.
