About the Opportunity

The Payable Services Team Leader will be leading, motivating and maximising the team potential to ensure the long term, positive Accounts relationship with its Suppliers, Partners and customers. The Team Leader will also focus on coaching the ongoing growth of Team Members, process improvements and efficiencies. This role is primarily responsible for the associated queries from internal and external stakeholders. This involves, but is not limited to account reconciliation, pay suppliers timely and accurately supplier queries and correspondence, Selling Partner queries and end of month activities.

 

Day to day...

  • Accountable for the leadership, support and development of the team 
  • Ensuring processes are effective and improved when needed.
  • Ensuring strong supplier, partner and customer relationships 
  • Financial control and end of month activities 
  • Business Management, Tracking & reporting, BAU management & Ad hoc projects 
  • Strong knowledge of company and product 
  • Ability to interpret statements, invoices and documentation 
  • Problem solving and embracing change, Identify and understand issues to draw conclusions and recommendations

  • Strong knowledge of company and product 
  • Accounts payable or P2P experience 
  • On-line payment engine knowledge
  • Leadership experience (desirable)
  • Travel industry knowledge (desirable)
  • Degree in accounting or similar (desirable)

Salary on Offer: $79,000 plus super
