About The Opportunity

The Paid Media Manager, based in our Northern Hemisphere offices (Toronto) will lead the development and execution of data-driven paid media strategies across the Northern Hemisphere portfolio. Reporting to the Global Performance Marketing Leader and collaborating within our digital hub, this role involves managing apaid media team to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve measurable growth across various digital platforms. The Paid Media Manager will ensure that advertising efforts are cost-effective and aligned with our brands overarching brand marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Paid Media Strategies 

  • Create comprehensive paid media plans tailored to the regional markets, ensuring alignment with both regional brand objectives. 

  • Collaborate closely with brand teams to understand overarching goals and objectives, ensuring paid media strategies support brand initiatives. 

  • Work with the Global Performance Marketing Leader to develop strategies that achieve both regional and global marketing objectives. 

  • Utilise platforms such as Google, META Ads, programmatic and LinkedIn Ads to effectively reach target audiences.

Campaign Management and Optimisation: 

  • Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs. 

  • Continuously analyse data to optimise campaigns for improved ROI, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.

Budget Management: 

  • Allocate and manage the paid media budget efficiently, ensuring optimal spend across various channels to maximise ROI. 

  •  Regularly report on budget utilisation and campaign performance to the Regional team and Global Performance Leader.

Collaboration within the Local Teams: 

  • Work closely with the regional brand and digital hub team to ensure paid media strategies are integrated with other digital marketing efforts. 

  • Share insights and collaborate on best practices to enhance overall digital performance. Market Research and Trend Analysis: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ANZ region. 

  • Apply insights to inform strategy adjustments and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Performance Reporting: 

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives. 

  • Communicate findings effectively to ANZ stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications

5+ years in Digital Marketing or similar role required

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, display, Programmatic and video. 

  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable results in terms of ROI and key performance indicators 

  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including brand teams and digital marketing managers, to develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies. 

  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising tools. 

  • Experience with SA360 & DV360

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to inform decision-making and strategy optimization. 

  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation strategies. 

  • Proven ability to design and implement campaigns that effectively generate and nurture leads through the marketing funnel. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $90,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
