About The Opportunity

The Customer and Guide Experience Executive supports the recruitment, outreach, onboarding, and development of Discova’s freelance and full-time guides, helping cultivate them as passionate ambassadors of travel experiences. The role works closely with in-destination Operations teams and key stakeholders to implement guide experience initiatives, while driving engagement, learning, and professional development for guides. Additionally, the position supports the end-to-end journey of Discova’s travelers by addressing customer queries, resolving service quality issues, and collaborating with guide, operations, and product teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

About You

The Essentials:

• Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience in tour guiding or tour operation is an must.
• Fluent in local national language and intermediate to advanced level in spoken and written English
