About the Opportunity

The Workflow and Automation Developer is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes across the organization. As a process lover and detailed process analyst, this role requires a deep understanding of both business operations and technical systems to identify opportunities for workflow improvements. The primary focus is on developing and implementing automated solutions that streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. By closely collaborating with business users and technical teams, the Workflow and Automation Developer ensures that automated workflows align with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs, driving greater productivity and scalability across the organization.

Your main responsibilities are:  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users regarding workflow and automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new workflows and automation tools.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business users to redesign workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Implement optimized workflows that align with organizational goals.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve automated workflows. 
  • Manage workflow and automation systems to ensure they operate smoothly and meet business needs.
  • Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all workflows.
  • Manage small-sized projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate the release management process for system changes.
  • Oversee changes in business processes related to system enhancements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
  • Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest workflow optimization and automation technologies.
  • Proactively recommend new tools and practices to enhance business processes.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve workflows and automation across the organization. 
  • Proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

About you

The Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining workflow systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation and training skills.

  • Knowledge of other enterprise applications and process mapping tools is a plus.
