What you will do:

• Consulting and selling amazing travel experiences to our customers
• Service phone, email and chat enquiry within agreed timelines
• Attend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, air and land product, and updates from suppliers
• Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers and product managers

What you will need:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role
• You will have a demonstrated ability to hit targets 
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships 
• Exceptional customer service 
• Strong knowledge of GDS/travel booking systems
