About the opportunity

Join Discova Experiences and take the lead in driving in-destination sales growth while shaping exceptional customer experiences. As our In Destination Experience Leader, you’ll guide high-performing teams, optimize sales performance, and elevate our product offering to stay competitive and differentiated in the market.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, unlock new partnerships, and ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey — all while bringing strategy to life on the ground.

What you'll do:

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end customer sales experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
• Drive sales performance by setting clear targets, monitoring productivity, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize leakage.
• Collaborate with the Experiences Portfolio Manager to develop and enhance products that are competitive, relevant, and aligned with market trends.
• Identify and build new partnerships, referral channels, and business opportunities to expand reach and grow sales.
• Oversee the product-to-market process, including pricing, distribution, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through structured training, feedback, and performance management.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between offline and online sales channels.
• Communicate vision, strategies, and performance updates clearly and consistently across teams.
• Manage operational planning including team schedules, tour desk coverage, and resource allocation.

About You

• A degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within travel, hospitality, or DMC environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility for travel and non-standard hours when required.
