About The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of information security, trust, and client partnership. You’ll play a critical role in supporting global Corporate clients by translating complex security concepts into clear, confident responses that build trust and win business. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Enterprise Security teams, you’ll help strengthen Flight Centre Travel Group’s reputation as a trusted partner in cyber and information security. If you enjoy technical writing, stakeholder collaboration, and making a tangible impact on customer confidence, this role offers meaningful scope and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to information security sections of RFIs, RFPs, and client security questionnaires across the corporate customer lifecycle
  • Interpret technical documentation to produce accurate, customer-ready responses
  • Liaise with Enterprise Security teams to stay informed of organisational security controls and developments
  • Partner with Corporate Technology teams and third-party providers to address product-related security questions
  • Ensure responses meet customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and delivery timelines
  • Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information to prevent inappropriate disclosure
  • Support Sales and Account Management teams by providing information security expertise in customer meetings
  • Maintain and update information security responses within the internal RFP system
  • Support responses to third-party security questionnaires (TPSQs) from customers
  • Adapt technical documentation to regional requirements
  • Develop diagrams, charts, and visuals to improve clarity and impact of security responses
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure documentation is reusable for implementation and customer teams
  • Provide feedback to Information Security Trust and Compliance leadership on documentation improvements
  • Act as a coordination point for trust and compliance documentation and customer audit activity
  • Assist with preparation of regular information security reports for global clients
  • Monitor Corporate Security calendars to ensure required collateral is available when needed

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Writer
  • Strong working knowledge of information security principles (no formal certification required)
  • Proven experience creating customer-facing documentation and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
  • Diploma or degree in IT, technical communication, or a technology-related discipline (preferred)

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
