About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Team Leader, you will be using your skills in accurate data and reporting, whilst analysing the numbers and giving insightful recommendations. Combining an ability to analyse large data sets with simple and clear explanations will be key to your success. You will be joining a team of innovative high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement to achieve market leading outcomes.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly operational incentives
  • Responsible for key monthly calculations and analysis requiring accuracy and timeliness
  • Reporting on financial results and providing insights behind the numbers
  • Analysis of opportunities to supercharge results in our key Corporate brands
  • Continuous process improvement to ensure the business remains in line with best practices
  • Support commercial decision making with insightful recommendations
  • Support the forecast and budget processes

 

 

 

About you

You are an energetic customer centric finance professional, a commercial thinker, naturally curious and able to build relationships across all levels of management. You’re someone who is genuinely passionate about interpreting data to provide insights to the business. You can think commercially, be proactive, manage deadlines as well as think outside of the box to solve complex problems.

  • At least 2 years’ experience (Accounting, Reporting or analytical role)
  • Comfortable using Excel to manipulate, transform and present data
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
  • CA/CPA qualification or another relevant post graduate qualification or studying towards.
  • Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experienced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a business with high transactional volumes (Desirable)
  • Experience in PowerBI (Desirable)
