The Revenue Management Analyst will support the Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy Leader in analysing performance metrics, optimising revenue initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making. This role involves working closely with the Local Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP) and Supply Teams, with a focus on the accommodation sector.
You will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of revenue management principles, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This position is instrumental in maximising revenue and profitability for the corporate brands by contributing to supplier preferencing strategies, performance reporting, and technology optimisation.
Day to day:
- Conduct in-depth OKR analysis (Hotel Attachment, Commissionable Ratio, Preferred Partner Share, and Margin) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights that support supplier preferencing and pricing strategies
- Create regular reports detailing revenue performance, supplier compliance, and profitability
- Support execution of supplier and rate preferencing strategies by monitoring compliance, optimising client rate and cross-selling initiatives, and recommending actions to improve Commissionable Ratio, Margin, and Preferred Partner Share
- Collaborate with supply, marketing, product, and global RMP teams to align revenue initiatives, share insights and best practices, and provide analytical support for presentations and strategy updates
- Support and optimise revenue management tools and technology solutions by managing strategy configurations, enhancing functionality, implementing rate reshopping capabilities, and improving revenue reporting outcomes
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, revenue management, or a related field within the travel or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with revenue management systems, tools, and GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
