Envoyage is a global network empowering independent travel businesses to grow, thrive and stand out—combining the strength of Flight Centre Travel Group with the agility of a brand built for the independent.

About Envoyage

Envoyage is a global network of independent travel agencies and advisors, and the principal independent brand within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). With a presence across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and South Africa, we exist to help independent travel businesses grow, thrive and stand out. We combine the scale and resources of one of the world’s largest travel companies with the agility and spirit of a business built for the independent.

Our marketing team works across B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences, promoting both our network as a home for independent travel businesses and the extraordinary travel experiences our advisors curate for their clients. It’s a broad, ambitious remit, and we’re building the team to match.

The Role

We are looking for a National Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity for Envoyage in Australia. This is a mid-senior, standalone marketing role that sits on the Australian regional leadership team. The right candidate brings both strategic thinking and genuine executional capability, because in this role, you will need both.

As the sole marketer for the Australian market, you will own the national marketing strategy and be responsible for bringing it to life across every channel. You will work closely with global marketing specialists across design, digital, automation and content, collaborate with counterparts in New Zealand, the USA, Canada and South Africa, and partner directly with the Australian sales, operations and product teams to drive advisor acquisition and progress marketing initiatives for our members.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand

  • Develop and execute the national marketing strategy in alignment with global marketing goals and business priorities

  • Own brand governance in market, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints, including network communications, sales materials and advisor-facing assets

  • Sit on the Australian regional leadership team, contributing to business planning and cross-functional decision-making

Campaigns & Co-op

  • Plan, manage and execute all campaign activity in market, across both brand and tactical / cooperative marketing campaigns, including deliverables web, social media and email marketing

  • Brief, manage and coordinate campaign delivery with global specialists, external stakeholders and other teams within FCTG, as required

  • Manage the Australian marketing activity calendar to keep campaigns on track and stakeholders aligned

  • Manage and grow a co-op marketing calendar in partnership with preferred suppliers

Sales & Acquisition

  • Partner with the Australian sales team to build and execute a robust acquisition marketing strategy that generates qualified leads and supports advisor recruitment

  • Develop sales assets, presentations and communications that equip the sales team to engage prospects effectively

  • Drive B2B marketing activity that builds brand awareness among independent travel advisors and agencies across Australia

Content & Communications

  • Write and/or localise content across social media (paid and organic), campaigns, digital advertising, PR and thought leadership

  • Localise and deploy the global content marketing strategy for the Australian market

  • Manage Envoyage’s owned Australian social media channels and support advisor social media activity

  • Maintain relationships with local trade media and relevant consumer media outlets or agencies

  • Ensure key advisor network communications reflect the Envoyage brand, tone of voice and positioning

Operations & Reporting

  • Handle agency network marketing enquiries and day-to-day use of marketing systems and platforms

  • Manage marketing asset organisation and maintain a well-structured library accessible to key stakeholders

  • Provide regular reporting on marketing performance across all channels, with clear insights and recommendations

  • Attend and contribute to regional leadership meetings, global marketing meetings and relevant industry events, which may extend beyond standard office hours

About You

We are looking for a broad, commercially minded marketer who can think strategically and execute with precision. You will thrive in an environment where you are both setting the direction and doing the work, and where your ideas translate directly into outcomes.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record across multiple channels and disciplines

  • Experience in a standalone marketing role, with the ability to manage a broad remit independently

  • Demonstrated capability across campaign management, content development, social media, digital marketing and brand communications

  • Comfort with AI-assisted tools and a genuine appetite for adopting emerging technology to work smarter and faster

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, including travel advisors, consumers and executives

  • Strong project management skills and a natural ability to juggle competing priorities without losing quality or focus

  • A collaborative, low-ego working style with the ability to partner effectively across disciplines, seniority levels and time zones

  • Comfort with marketing reporting and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights

  • Travel industry experience in Australia is highly regarded
