About the Opportunity

As an Account Management Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving retention, growth, and profitability aligned to the brand’s business plan.

You will lead from the front — creating momentum, building high-performing teams, and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.

This is an opportunity to influence strategy while developing people, fostering strong relationships, and shaping the future of account management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Develop and maintain strategic plans with regular reviews and adjustments
  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Deliver results aligned to KPIs and key business deliverables
  • Maintain a customer-centric and results-focused approach
  • Perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities

 

 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams
  • Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with KPI management and delivering key outcomes
  • Strong time management, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on results
