- Design and build WalkMe content, including smart tips, walk-thrus, blockers, launchers and surveys using sound instructional design principles
- Maintain governance standards, best practices and scalable approaches across WalkMe implementations
- Assess business needs and use cases, design impactful solutions and continuously improve outcomes through measurement and iteration
- Manage the build, testing, deployment and maintenance of WalkMe content across digital platforms
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and provide visibility of project status, priorities and next steps
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to align WalkMe content with onboarding and capability pathways
- Translate complex operational processes into intuitive, in-the-flow-of-work guidance with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with business, technical and creative stakeholders to support software readiness, communications and training outcomes
- Support agile development practices and continuous enhancement of the digital user experience
- Measure solution effectiveness against KPIs and document solutions through UAT and user guides where required
- Promote WalkMe best practices and build stakeholder awareness of digital adoption value
- Build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders across the business
- Align WalkMe releases and activities with governance and intake processes
- Continuously develop expertise in digital adoption, instructional design and change management
- Demonstrated experience designing, building and maintaining WalkMe solutions in a commercial environment strongly preferred. Experience with other digital adoption platforms will also be considered
- Experience in instructional design or learning content development, ideally using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
- Experience translating complex operational or process knowledge into accessible learning content
- Familiarity with software deployment, APIs and system integrations.
- HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Background in UX design, learning and development, change management or project management is advantageous
- 1-3 years of professional services or instructional design experience is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Instructional Design, Education or a related discipline desirable, or equivalent industry experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment regarded favourably
