About the Opportunity

This individual will lead the Change and Adoption team's WalkMe capability and support the execution of digital adoption initiatives across Flight Centre Brand, to ensure the organisation is getting the most out of its digital assets.
 
As the Digital Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for helping the business strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation, including the FCB PMO team, Operations and Learning and Development, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on user experience. You are responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of WalkMe-related systems and processes, productivity, data integrity, process consistency, documentation and training. 
 
Candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate.
 
What you will be doing:
  • Assess needs fast, design creative solutions, measure results, and iterate to drive better outcomes
  • Own the WalkMe backlog and roadmap, keeping delivery prioritised and aligned to business value
  • Design and build WalkMe content grounded in real instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Facilitate discussions and build stakeholder consensus, from first pitch through to final sign-off
  • Measure and evaluate impact against KPIs, proving the ROI your work delivers
  • Set the standard for WalkMe governance and best practice, and coach Digital Adoption Specialists to the same bar
  • Act as the go-to WalkMe expert, shaping how the platform is used today and where it goes next
     
 We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • WalkMe building experience 
  • Familiarity with software deployment, APIs and system integrations 
  • HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript experience (desirable) 
  • 1-3 years' implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS company (desirable)
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus around a strategic direction
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver across multiple stakeholders based on value to the business
  • Background in UX design, L&D, change management or project management is an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree in IT related field (desirable) or 3 years IT industry experience
