Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Tailor-made Expert to join Discova’s Sales Support team and create exceptional custom travel experiences for our global travel partners. In this sales-focused role, you will design inspiring itineraries, build strong agent relationships, and convert enquiries into bookings while delivering outstanding customer service and commercial results.

About the Opportunity

As a Tailor-made Expert, you will be responsible for managing B2B travel enquiries from qualification through to confirmation. You will craft personalized travel proposals, identify upselling opportunities, and work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless tailor-made touring experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven travel professional who is passionate about destinations, customer experience, and achieving targets.

Your main responsibility is:

  • Manage and respond to tailor-made travel enquiries, providing creative and commercially competitive travel solutions.
  • Design personalized itineraries that meet travellers’ interests, needs, and budget requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with travel agents and partners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and recommend suitable products, experiences, and upgrades to maximize sales performance.
  • Ensure bookings, documentation, invoicing, and system updates are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed travel arrangements.

About You

The Essentials:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism, travel sales, inbound tourism, or a related industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems and technologies.
  • Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Additional European language skills are an advantage.
