Graduate Accountant - FCTG Corporate ANZ

Rotate through four six-month placements across transactional and technical finance, getting real exposure to how a large, high-volume business actually runs, not just theory. Alongside hands-on rotations, you'll get mentoring, structured feedback, and the chance to work with modern tools and automation from day one, so you're building skills that matter, not just processing volume.

Day to day you will:
  • Complete four six-month rotations across finance functions over two years
  • Support transaction processing, reconciliations, and exception management
  • Build knowledge of sales, cost of sales, payables, and receivables processes
  • Monitor outstanding cash, audit ledgers, debtor ledgers, and unreconciled transactions
  • Assist with financial and management accounting activities, reporting, and analysis
  • Get exposure to how AI and automation tools are used to improve finance processes
  • Respond to finance-related stakeholder queries within agreed service levels
  • Support process improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Actively seek feedback and development opportunities
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
You'll be perfect if you have:
  • A curious mind with a passion for growth
  • An accounting or finance degree, CA or CPA underway or about to start
  • Confidence in Excel
  • Real curiosity about what the data is telling the business
