We are looking for a Guide Experience Intern to support the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences for our tour guides. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in learning and development, digital training content, and the tourism industry while working with a global travel business.

About the Opportunity
As a Guide Experience Intern, you will work closely with our Guide Experience team to help create, organise, and publish training content for guides across our destinations. You'll support course administration, learner engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while building valuable skills in learning design, content development, and digital learning platforms.

Your main responsibility is:
  • Support the development and organisation of online learning content, including presentations, quizzes, images, and training materials.
  • Assist with uploading and maintaining learning content across digital learning platforms.
  • Monitor course participation, completion rates, and learner feedback to support training effectiveness.
  • Help gather, organise, and validate information from internal teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Support learner communications and encourage course completion and engagement.
  • Contribute ideas to improve learning content and the overall learner experience.
About You
The Essentials:
  • University student or recent graduate in Education, English, Tourism, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for learning, training, education, or the travel industry.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working.
