We are growing in Corporate Traveller New Zealand, which means you get to help build it from the ground up. You'll be the engine room for our BDMs: sparking conversations, building pipeline, turning cold calls into warm leads and building networking opportunities. Uncapped commission, a solid base, and honestly - endless room to run with it.

About the role | Mō te Tūranga

• Outbound calls and referrals, you'll be the first friendly voice a lot of businesses hear from us
• Build and run your own pipeline, on top of the warm opportunities we hand you
• Get in front of key decision makers, CFO’s, CEO’s - daily, no gatekeeping, no fluff
• Keep learning - the travel industry moves fast, and we'll back you to move with it
• Fun. Genuinely. It's non-negotiable around here

About you | Mō koe

• You've done SDR or B2B lead gen before, and you know what "successful" looks like - not just busy
• You'll pick up the phone without flinching, and a "no" just tells you you're one call closer to a "yes"
• You run your own day. Nobody's watching over your shoulder, you just get results
• You can talk (and write) your way into a decision maker's calendar
• You know teamwork makes the dream work, and you actually mean it
