What you’ll be doing

• Complete our structured training and onboarding program

• Assist inbound enquiry for our perfectly packaged cruise holidays via phone and online channels

• Learn how to understand customers' travel needs and build confidence to achieve targets

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey

• Work collaboratively with experienced consultants and a supportive team

• Learn cruise products, destinations and travel industry systems to become a CLIA-accredited cruise agent

• We are a seven-day trading business, with rostered shifts across our operating hours

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or contact centre experience advantageous but not essential

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

• A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service

• Goal-oriented with a desire to develop additional skills

• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
