ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings including domestic, regional, and international air and land arrangements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and travel management support to corporate clients.
- Provide first-line online booking tool support to customers.
- Drive and support online adoption initiatives within customer portfolios.
- Service, retain, and grow assigned client portfolios.
- Prepare and deliver accurate travel quotations and itinerary documentation.
- Manage booking amendments, travel queries, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure all enquiries are actioned within agreed service level agreements.
- Provide confirmations and travel documentation within expected turnaround times.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to One Best Way processes and operational procedures.
- Balance competing priorities while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure travel arrangements remain cost-effective and compliant with client travel policies.
- Monitor industry trends and apply relevant travel knowledge to client solutions.
- Maintain high standards of attention to detail and organizational excellence.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric.
- South African Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate travel.
- Intermediate Travel Consultant experience.
- Minimum 4 years' Amadeus experience.
- Domestic, regional, international land and air booking experience.
- Strong understanding of fares, ticketing, and air travel complexities.
- Experience using mid and back-office travel systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant travel qualification advantageous.
