As the Principal Product Owner, Workforce Travel Solutions, you will lead the shaping and delivery of products that power workforce travel across mining, oil, and gas. You’ll own the backlog, drive discovery, and deliver our One Touch platform, which automates the full travel chain from roster to return. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work in the detail, writing stories, running customer workshops, making scope decisions, and ensuring meaningful outcomes. You’ll operate with high autonomy, deep customer engagement, and significant influence over product direction alongside the Head of Product Development.
