We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Drill & Blast team in a dynamic and growing company in our Goldfield Operations in WA.

This position is Full-time position FIFO from Perth. The position is an 8/6 roster day shift only.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist the Site Manager in aligning our projects with client expectations and maintaining SRG Global's high standards. This position entails overseeing the on-site maintenance crew to guarantee the safe and effective upkeep of site plant and equipment.

The Role

This person will manage daily workshop operations and lead both maintenance and support staff. They will act as the connection between the site manager and the maintenance team, ensuring projects and business goals are safely and efficiently executed. A working knowledge Sandvik Drill rigs and Epiroc D65 surface drills required.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule maintenance of the onsite plant and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs on machine breakdowns.
• Allocate resources, offer technical guidance, and lead the workshop team.
• Coordinating planned maintenance.
• Stock control of necessary parts and materials.
• Ensuring the workplace meets company and industry standards.
• Foster effective communication throughout the organization.
• Responsible for record keeping and reporting on site plant and equipment.

The successful applicant will have:

• A HD Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Supervisory or team leader experience
• Computer literacy
• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence
• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• High Risk Work Licence
• Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training (desirable)
• First Aid Certificate
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
• Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
