The Role:

 SRG Global has an immediate full-time career opportunity for a suitably experienced Site Supervisor to work on site in the South-west of Western Australia. This role will offer the right candidate:

The role involves working alongside other SRG operational teams onsite, as well as liaising with management from both client and SRG.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Working closely with the operational team onsite and the client you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating NDT operations, ensuring that all testing and inspection activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your role will include ensuring compliance with industry regulations, SRG Global Asset care, and client procedures.

Leading a driven and motivated team to seek and drive continuous improvement, working both safely and efficiently at all times.

About You:

  • Formal qualifications in at least 3 commonly used NDT methods.
  • At least 3 years relevant industry experience with exposure to Alumina Refineries advantageous.
  • 5 years’ experience in a senior NDT role.
  • Well-developed organisational, communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience reviewing & developing work scopes.
  • Strong communication and people skills
