The Role:

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team for ongoing work in Brisbane, Australia.

As a Supervisor, you will achieve project objectives through the supervision of project crews as well as coordinating trades, labour, plant and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of productivity of crews and subcontractors to ensure project schedule and budget is met, identifying areas of concern to Project Manager and engineering resource

• Completion of all daily documentation (site diary, checklists, inspections)

• Lead pre-start meetings with site teams ensuring effective communication of daily site activity, health & safety requirements, project progress
• Prepare the 2-week project look ahead and set weekly program performance targets for crews and subcontractors

The ideal applicants will have:

• Previous Supervisor experience (concrete background)
• Strong safety leadership capability 
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Current white card and driver's license 
• Pass a pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol assessment
