What you’ll deliver
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic equity and inclusion plans, including the Rainbow Action Plan, Disability & Inclusion Action Plan, and Gender Equality Strategy.
- Drive community-led initiatives that address complex social issues such as multicultural inclusion, LGBTIQA+ inclusion, gender equality, disability access, family violence, and mental health.
- Use data, research, and community insights to inform evidence-based strategies and ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Build internal capability by embedding equity and inclusion across organisational systems, culture, and practices.
- Provide inclusive, values-driven leadership to a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, wellbeing, and shared decision-making.
