About the Role
Provide guidance to the City Design and Construction department on procurement and contract management processes, while collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Capital Works Infrastructure projects.
What You’ll deliver
- Collaborate with and support the Procurement team in delivering timely, efficient procurement services for the delivery of Capital Works projects and associated contract management activities.
- Review Request for Tender packages prior to tendering to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Review tender evaluations and draft tender award reports.
- Coordinate and prepare draft contracts and Council reports, together with appropriate recommendations for consideration by the Manager and Procurement team.
- Be an integral member of the City Design and Construction Leadership team.
- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects assigned to the City Design and Construction Department.

- Contract management experience within the construction industry.
