About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a future-focussed Information Management Systems Specialist to

optimise enterprise information management platforms, with a strong focus on automation, interoperability and standards-based design.

This is an exciting time to join our newly consolidated team enabling a transition to a more proactive, integrated and intelligence-led information management model.

What You’ll deliver

• Provide specialist expertise to ensure information systems such as Technology One Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, Microsoft 365 and associated classification frameworks are configured to support compliant lifecycle management, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable, enterprise-wide information practices
• Maintain and enhance Business Classification Frameworks, metadata models and retention configurations across platforms
• Ensure system configurations align with legislative obligations, organisational policies and approved information governance standards  
• Design, implement and maintain rules-based automation for metadata capture, classification, retention, disposal and approval workflows
• Identify opportunities to reduce high-effort, low-value manual activities through automation and configuration improve

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in information management, information systems, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Industry-recognised certification in information management systems, records management, enterprise content management or automation technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior technical or specialist role supporting enterprise-scale information platforms.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments such as local government or the public sector.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Content Management systems and information lifecycle management practices
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced change environment.
