About the Role
Support the smooth operation of community facilities by managing bookings, maintaining safe and welcoming spaces, and delivering high quality customer service. This hands on role works closely with the Active Communities team to support programs and ensure facilities meet the needs of the local community.
What You’ll deliver
- Manage and coordinate bookings for community facilities and hireable spaces.
- Deliver high quality customer service, responding to enquiries and community needs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped facilities across multiple sites.
- Support the delivery of community programs, activities, and events.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with diverse communities and delivering strong customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- Sound administrative skills and ability to manage systems and processes
- Ability to work collaboratively and support programs, staff, and volunteers
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between site
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check, Psychometric Testing, Functional Assessment (Medical/physio).
