About the Role

Support council operations by accurately managing property records, preparing official documents, and delivering clear, reliable advice to the public.

This is a limited tenure, full time opportunity to 31 December 2027.

What You’ll deliver

  • Process Acquisition, Disposition and Change of Address details. 
  • Prepare duplicate rate notices and letters to new owners. 
  • Maintain NAR database including the linking/delinking/merging of names and/or addresses. 
  • Create and maintain Property Records within Council's Property and Rating Database. 
  • Process and issue Land Information Certificates. 
  • Attend to telephone and personal enquiries and provide sound and accurate advice to solicitors and members of the public. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a high-volume rates-related administrative role.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders both written and verbal
  • Excellent MS Office skills including experience in database management
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work
