About the Role

Build strong relationships with community groups, volunteers and stakeholders while supporting key programs including the Step Up Community Training workshops, Casey Community Leadership Program and Community Awards.

Use your creativity to enhance program outcomes and your analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You’ll deliver

• Support the delivery, promotion and evaluation of community leadership, recognition and training programs, including the Step Up and Casey Community Leadership Programs.
• Support the planning and delivery of the annual Casey Community Awards and other community events that celebrate leadership, volunteering and community achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, volunteers, program participants, facilitators and partner organisations to increase engagement and participation.
• Manage program administration, stakeholder communications and event logistics to ensure successful and seamless program delivery.
• Analyse participation data, feedback and emerging trends to evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience coordinating programs, events or community initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering positive participant outcomes.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse community groups, volunteers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple projects, priorities and event logistics effectively.
• A creative and proactive approach to identifying opportunities to enhance programs and respond to evolving community needs.
• Well developed analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and feedback and translate insights into meaningful recommendations for continuous improvement
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, and Eligibility to Work check.
