This role supports governance, privacy, freedom of information, compliance and integrity functions while partnering with leaders across the organisation to manage risk, improve processes and drive better outcomes for our community.

Operating within a business partnering model, this role supports Council's governance, integrity and transparency frameworks while ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and good governance practices. You'll provide trusted advice, manage governance systems and registers, lead privacy and FOI matters, and contribute to organisational capability through training, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

-
Training, guidance and support that builds governance capability and compliance awareness across the organisation.

-
Resilience, adaptability and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business, Public Administration, Governance, Politics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
