About the Role
As Change Analyst, you will be fully immersed in people change initiatives, supporting the delivery people change with different business units across CSPD. Your focus will be on supporting our employees through people change processes with high quality change frameworks and documentation that align with CSPD's strategic objectives, mission and valused.
- Key Accountabilities
Conduct change analysis and support the implementation of change approaches in line with the organisation’s change management strategy and methodology. - Produce change artefacts, including training and communication materials, and maintain project documentation for change initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver best-fit change approaches, facilitating effective and timely project delivery.
- Build a detailed understanding of the diverse staff groups within the organisation to tailor change activities appropriately.
- Utilise measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation, and proficiency of change projects, ensuring transparency and reportability.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting communication and training activities to enhance business engagement and end-user readiness.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in supporting organisational change, with a focus on people, processes, and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging collateral for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to the ethos and mission of the Catholic Church and the Diocese of Parramatta.
- Experience in communication, training, or business engagement is highly regarded.
