Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is looking for a School Registration & Compliance Specialist to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure all CSPD schools meet their legislative and regulatory requirements, while also contributing to system-wide quality and school improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate assurance processes to ensure all CSPD schools meet legislative obligations under the Education Act and maintain compliance with NESA registration requirements.

Provide expert advice and practical guidance to school leaders and system staff on operational compliance matters, including documentation, governance, and regulatory readiness.

Support quality assurance practices that enhance teaching, learning, and leadership outcomes

Collaborate with the Heads of Performance and Quality & Research to integrate compliance insights into broader improvement strategies.

Liaise with the RTO Manager to support alignment with ASQA requirements relating to school-based vocational education and training.

Maintain accurate records, tools, and reports to support review readiness and informed decision-making

Prepare reports, submissions, and documentation for regulatory authorities as needed
About You

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education (preferred),, governance, quality assurance).

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the education sector

In-depth knowledge of the Education Act 1990 (NSW) and NESA registration requirements.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legislation and offer practical advice

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
