About the Role
The role requires the ability to drive the transformation agenda, working closely with Senior Leaders to understand and assess change; leading the design and implementation of plans and interventions to manage change whilst navigating organisation wide change intensity.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as Transformation Change Program Manager you will:
• Accountable for the development of change strategies, approaches and tactical plans across the business to enable icares Transformation agenda. Including (but not limited to):
o Creating a vision of icare’s Transformation Journey in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders;
o Identification of the changes necessary to shift icares operating model and ways of working to realise this vision;
o Develop the capability of leaders to drive change and adopt a Transformation mindset and achieve the goals of Transformation.
• Lead the development of actionable and targeted change management plans including stakeholder analysis, change impacts, resistance management plans and change readiness assessments, ensuring information is presented in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Provide information and advice to key stakeholders to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments, providing appropriate briefings to enable informed decision making regarding the planned approach.
• Apply knowledge of relevant change management practices and business unit strategies, policies, practices, and standards to assist, organise, and prioritise initiatives, using judgment to solve problems and address challenges.
• Support and provide subject matter advice to leaders and other key stakeholders to increase understanding of how people experience change, build internal capability in managing change and ultimately successfully embed change throughout the organisation.
Provide strategic change risk advice ensuring risk is within desired levels by managing and leading the identification of risks; highlighting impacts associated with the change, development of mitigation plans; and facilitating informed discussions about change related risks to key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
• Change management certification.
• Experience and knowledge in Organisational and/or agile Change Management.
• 7+ years’ experience with Technology or process-based change projects.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated strength in project managing challenging interdependent programs and initiatives with multiple, invested stakeholders.
• Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in business management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience acquired through extensive experience.
• Highly developed communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences
• Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of the organisational landscape to drive change outcomes
