Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Graduates in South East Queensland, who are motivated to build a successful career in civil infrastructure and Urban development projects throughout South East Queensland. 

Our Graduates are offered real jobs with real support mechanisms in an environment where individual contributions are invited and respected. 

Our graduate program will see you gain valuable on-site experience across all facets of project management.  Your responsibilities will include exposure to cost forecasting, quality control processes and documentation, and management of subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
• high level verbal and written communication skills
• undergraduate experience on infrastructure projects (highly desirable)
• excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• motivation to achieve value-for-money results
