This role is a key leadership position, working directly with the Group Safety Manager (Zach Humphrey), offering the chance to make a significant impact on how we deliver safe, high-quality, and sustainable infrastructure projects across Australia.

This role is being promoted internally within BMD, with the successful candidate to lead the development and implementation of high-performance health and safety outcomes that not only meet legislative requirements, but also align with our values of family, empowered, collaborative and driven, and strengthen our culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
