We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial and Risk team in a role that will support the Commercial and Risk Manager and work closely with business units across the BMD Group. This position plays a key role in strengthening our commercial, compliance and governance practices, while contributing to the Group’s Towards 2032 Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide analysis, insights and observations to support monthly commercial risk reporting.

• Contribute to process and system improvements across the Group.

• Support business units to drive compliance with BMD Standards.

• Assist in project reviews, lessons learned and assessments into project performance.

• Coordinate the administration of annual reviews into Group risks (excluding HSEQ).

• Monitor and report on risk team costs against budget.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging leaders across the Group.

• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, working across risk, project and business unit teams.

• Sound analytical, problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.

• Strong understanding of BMD Group Standards, processes and culture.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jobpac and CRM software.

• A proactive approach to aligning deliverables with BMD’s culture, values and Towards 2032 Strategy.
