About the role
We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project team, based in Gracemere. You will provide vital administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth coordination in all aspects of travel and mobilisation. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels, with tasks including:
- Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence.
- Coordinate all aspects of worker travel including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for workers regarding travel arrangements providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
