What is the role?
You’ll support three women with varying needs in our supported living home — helping with daily tasks, encouraging independence, and providing emotional and physical support, with an element of personal care.
Each person has their own interests, from countryside walks and music to movies and community outings.
You'll be a valued part of their journey, making a real difference in helping them live more independently.
You will be expected to support with daily aspects of living, including:
- Supporting with medication
- Helping with cooking and household tasks
- Assisting with personal care
- Encouraging involvement in hobbies and local groups
- Supporting with cleaning and admin
- Completing daily paperwork
- Being a great communicator and team player
- Bringing fresh ideas and new ways of working

What skills and experience do you need?
While experience supporting people with physical or mental health needs is a bonus, it’s not essential — we provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced senior team and management.
PBS training is also desirable, but what really matters most is:
- A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
- An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives
- A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player

- An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £24,531(FTE)
