As a Junior Technology Delivery Partner, you’ll support the delivery of technology applications, services, and products that truly meet user needs. Working closely with the Senior Technology Delivery Partner, you’ll learn how to gather user stories, define requirements, and guide projects from idea to implementation. Essential Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a role aligned to a technology product, such as a superuser or go-to SME.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Understanding of user story gathering and user-centred design.
- Knowledge of change management principles and continuous development practices.
- Experience working with software and web technologies.
- Familiarity with systems like Freshservice and Azure DevOps.
- Skills in Dynamics
- Previous employment in the housing sector.
