We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly team in the beautiful community of Maesycwmmer. In this incredibly rewarding role, you will be supporting two amazing individuals, each with their own personalities, interests and goals. Together, they enjoy a wide range of activities including music, exercise, films, visiting loved ones and being active members of their community. This is a role where no two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a lasting difference. This is a part-time, permanent position working within a 24/7 service on a two-week rolling rota. Shifts will include a mixture of days, evenings and weekends, along with sleep-in shifts. Typical shift times include 7am to 3pm, 10am to 5pm and 3pm to 11pm, with an additional 8-hour sleep-in where required. Due to the needs of the individuals we support, a full UK manual driving licence is essential.
