This is a warm, team-focused environment where everyone works together to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. We have a permanent 20 hour per week role and a 24 hour maternity cover role for approximately 9 months, both offering a variety of shifts with flexibility, across a 24-hour service that includes days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, following a four-week rolling rota. Day shifts typically fall between 7am and 11pm. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, as you’ll be required to drive mobility vehicles. Due to the specific needs of the individuals supported and current legal guidance, this role is open to biologically female applicants only. In this role, you’ll use an active support approach to empower individuals and build their confidence in everyday life.
