Department Overview:

Defining and delivering a leading digital experience for AML across the global, including but not limited to CRM, Website, App and connected services. 

Job Purpose:

A pivotal role in owning and enhancing our customer relationship management processes, primarily leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will design and execute end-to-end customer journeys, develop sophisticated segmentation strategies, and craft personalized communications that resonate with our discerning clientele.

Collaborating closely with the wider digital team, you will ensure our CRM initiatives are seamlessly integrated into Aston Martin's broader digital ecosystem. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise

  • Manage and optimize Aston Martin's use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring full utilization of its capabilities.
  • Oversee the creation, testing, deployment, and refinement of customer journeys within Journey Builder.
  • Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Journey Creation & Customer Segmentation

  • Own the end-to-end process of designing and implementing multi-channel customer journeys tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to ensure highly targeted and relevant communications.

Personalization & Engagement

  • Leverage dynamic content and data-driven insights to deliver hyper-personalized experiences that reflect Aston Martin's luxury ethos.
  • Experiment with and implement advanced personalization techniques to foster deeper customer connections.

Collaboration with Digital Teams

  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with the overarching digital strategy.
  • Integrate CRM activities with other digital touchpoints, such as the website, mobile app and social media platforms.

Data & Insights

  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

Essentials:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, ideally within a luxury or automotive brand.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Strong background in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing, and personalization.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and creative teams.

Preferred:

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Digital delivery

Be able to take ownership for their work, both in times of success and areas for improvement, showing accountability at all times. They must be able to deal with ambiguity and bring structure where it may not exist.
