Aston Martin invites a seasoned Aftersales leader to guide the ultra-luxury ownership experience across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Africa. This is not simply a role—it’s a strategic command post. Reporting to the Regional President – EMEA, you will define and deliver the Aftersales roadmap aligned with six global pillars: from flawless delivered quality to data-led decision making.

Your leadership will ensure annual performance targets are met across parts, accessories and extended warranties. You'll use global insights and data systems to elevate dealer performance, build enduring stakeholder relationships, and shape a seamless end-to-end customer journey that reflects Aston Martin's heritage and future—especially as electrification becomes central to the brand.

You will champion regional Aftersales strategy and manage product actions, CSI targets, warranty performance, customer service escalations and dealer standards. Every visit to a dealership, every action plan, and every relationship you build will leave a lasting imprint on our retail and ownership network. This role demands commercial acuity and a customer-first mindset, as well as the creative flair to develop marketing strategies that drive engagement and long-term loyalty.

To thrive here, you'll bring a powerful mix of luxury automotive experience and cross-cultural leadership. You’ll have delivered results across service, warranty, accessories, and body repair—ideally within the ultra-luxury segment. You’ll be fluent in financial metrics, operational reporting, and stakeholder engagement. And your ability to simplify complex analysis will empower teams and drive performance at every level.
