Responsibilities: 

• Assist in ensuring compliance with the aviation security training requirements for IOSA accreditation and states, in which HKA operates
• Review and promulgate the HKA security training program and manual
• Deliver security training for related staff or HKA service providers, and monitor adherence to meet HKA security requirements
• Review and revise assessment documents and curriculum to guide the development of learning materials
• Plan lessons and lesson sequences to meet individual learning needs and ensure training program progression
• Assist in liaison with related departments in the absence of the Manager, Training & Policy Development
• Assist in developing the HKA online security training platform and mechanism
• Undertake projects as directed by the GMS and Security Training In-Charge

Requirements 

• 3 years of airline industry experience
• Experience in performing aviation security duties (preferred)
• Experience in training duties (preferred)
• Completion of an aviation security training instructor course organized by ICAO, IATA, or another relevant organization (preferred)
• Good command of English (native English or other language speakers are welcome)
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese will be an advantage
