Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deal research, term sheet negotiation, and contract management
- Negotiate and execute agreements and other documents related to transactions, ensuring contractual terms and conditions are met
- Coordinated input from the company’s technical, finance, legal, and other relevant departments, as well as external advisors, to maximize the benefit of the deal to the company
- Attend aircraft fleet acceptance, delivery, and re-delivery events to ensure contractual conditions are met
- Act as a commercial lead for aircraft and other asset deployment and optimization projects and transaction deals
- Prepare forecasts and manage budget control for aircraft introduction, disposal, sublease, and redelivery projects
- Identify and handle leads, inquiries, and opportunities related to aircraft and engine transactions, and manage and optimize the fleet to align with company strategy
- Participate in relevant conferences and events, and analyze industry trends
- Participate in asset inventory control and fleet management
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience (or an equivalent amount of aircraft projects) in aviation engineering, projects/TS
- Degree in Engineering, Aircraft Financing, or a relevant discipline
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) requirements
- Sufficient training, skill, and experience for the type of activities sought
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to take responsibility, make decisions, be well organized, and prioritize effectively
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work on different projects
- Willingness to travel when required
- Effective team player
- Able to work in Hong Kong or Mainland China
